Our property is comprised of 6 acres of land on the Wisconsin River...we have a cornfield to the North, a seasonal cabin to our South the river to the East and a road and natural area to the West. We are 1.8mi from downtown Wisconsin Dells. Our property has 4 cabins, perfect for couples and friends to come to the same place and have their own accommodations, 4 Glamping Domes, 1 cottage with a King bed, a Gathering House (Converted Tavern) social area, that is set up as an intimate and cozy atmosphere (think speakeasy), a 24x24 covered deck and 24x10 patio area. Follow the trail down the hill towards the river and you'll find 225ft of raised walkway through a natural Sandstone canyon that arrives at our private 80ft dock on the riverfront. You'll find excellent walleye, muskie and sturgeon fishing as well as carp and catfish, sheep's head and a bounty of other stuff to catch along with scenery that will make you fall in love... the views from the dock are the crown jewel of the property. We offer a small charcoal grilling station by the cabins and a larger central grilling location by the Gathering House. We have a fire pit in the space beyond the covered deck and plenty of wood to burn on site. Our goal is to host couples, small groups of friends, family or coworkers and provide a space to disconnect from technology, connect with each other, share some unique experiences and make amazing memories you and your loved one/s, you're closest friends or coworkers will look back on for years to come. We also offer: Private Bartender for groups of 8 or more(beats an Uber and rambunctious crowds and high priced drinks downtown...and definitely better than a OWI/DUI on the way home) Private Catering/Meal Plan for groups of 10 or more (We have relationships with several catering companies in the area and they will do a meal, a reception or even a private dinner) Kayak Rental ($40 for 4 hours, $50 for the entire day)

Pet Policy: The Deer Ridge Cabin is not dog friendly. If you’d like to travel with your pup, we do offer two dog-friendly cabins where pets stay free. Please see our other listings for availability. Seasonal Experiences: The No Wake Zone dock bar is open on summer weekends (June–August). During winter (January–April), the Gathering House occasionally transforms into an intimate speakeasy night — a rare and unforgettable experience if your stay aligns. Concierge Services: Many of our curated add-ons (wellness sessions, private dining, transportation, etc.) require advance notice. As with anything worthwhile, it takes planning — we can’t make magic happen last-minute, but when you plan ahead, unforgettable experiences await. Community Atmosphere: While your cabin is fully private, Sandstone is also a retreat community. Guests often gather at the firepit, enjoy morning coffee in the Gathering House, or cross paths on the trails — making it easy to connect if you wish, and retreat if you don’t.

Shopping: Walmart is a short drive down I90 (7mi) Tanger Outlet mall is a short drive down I90 (8 mi) Coffee & Breakfast: *Bella Goose is our favorite spot for coffee, waffles and cookies! They have other breakfast and lunch options too and are located right down by the dam which is less than 1.5 miles away. *Courtyard Cafe has a large variety of breakfast and lunch options. They are open until 2:00 every day. *Cedar Creek Rustic Village is a bar, restaurant and furniture store all in one! Less than 10 minutes from us towards Lyndon Station. *Denny's Diner (not the chain) located in Lake Delton, nostalgic atmosphere and amazing cinnamon rolls! *Dunkin, Starbucks, Denny's and IHOP are also 1.5 miles away. Dining: There's so much to take in...here's our favorites: *Lake City Social - Large variety of food option. Great food, great drinks, great people! *Riverwalk Pub - Log cabin atmosphere and great food. *Showboat - Hot Wings & Warm Beer & Loud Music...Dells Historical site. Great food options and one of my favorite places for pizza. *Monks(DOWNTOWN) - You can't do the Dells without getting a Monk Burger *B-Lux - Milkshakes are incredible and the best cheese curds in town! *Summer House (Summer months) Awesome patio overlooking Lake Delton *Brat House - Late night eats and great German dishes! *Sorentos - Italian fare, great spot for an intimate dinner. Ask for the fireplace table! *Del-Bar - Famous Wisconsin Supper Club with some awesome Steaks! *Ishnala - (open April-Sept/Oct.) It's an experience. Plan for an evening and get there early. *House of Embers - Supper club feel, large variety with great prime rib and pasta. *Jose's - Great spot right up the road with the best Mexican in town. Enjoy the 120oz Margarita with your friends! *A bit off the beaten path...J's Pub in Reedsburg. Great Pork Tenderloin, Salmon, Steak and two fireplaces to warm you up. The Gathering House beckons you from 7:30am to 11:00pm, inviting you to indulge in a delightful cup of coffee, latte, espresso, cappuccino, or a soothing hot tea. Revel in the comfort of the space, complete with ample seating, Wi-Fi for your work needs, and an array of board games and cards. Two additional bathrooms ensure convenience for all. Feel free to bring your beverage of choice, order in some delicious food, or simply unwind on the couch, whether in the company of fellow guests or that special someone. Just steps away, our covered patio and grilling station await, accompanied by a spacious communal fire pit area under the starlit sky. Embark on a leisurely stroll down the property to discover a wooden walkway leading to the dock and the picturesque Wisconsin River. Sip your morning coffee by the water's edge or try your hand at fishing during the day. **During June-August, our dock bar welcomes river traffic on Saturdays (2pm-6ish) and Sundays (12pm-5ish). In the winter months (January-April), the Gathering House transforms into a pop-up Speakeasy from 7pm to 11pm on a number of Saturday nights. Fear not, our valued guests are always welcome, and you can even request to join the reservation list for our exclusive Speakeasy nights. Uber & Lyft frequent the area. Downtown is 1.8mi away and is walking distance for those inclined but we don't recommend walking if you plan to come back after dark. The roads are not lit and walking could be dangerous for pedestrians. Parking downtown typically will cost you something. Certain periods of the year Wisconsin Dells doesn't charge for street parking. Hiking & Recreation Devils Lake is 20min away in Baraboo. Rocky Arbor State park is 2 min from our location.
