Welcome to our Airbnb retreat where the entire property is yours to explore! The Gathering House beckons you from 7:30am to 11:00pm, inviting you to indulge in a delightful cup of coffee, latte, espresso, cappuccino, or a soothing hot tea. Revel in the comfort of the space, complete with ample seating, WiFi for your work needs, and an array of board games and cards. Two additional bathrooms ensure convenience for all. Feel free to bring your beverage of choice, order in some delicious food, or simply unwind on the couch by the fireplace, whether in the company of fellow guests or that special someone. Just steps away, our covered patio and grilling station await, accompanied by a spacious communal fire pit area under the starlit sky. Embark on a leisurely stroll down the property to discover a wooden walkway leading to the dock and the picturesque Wisconsin River. Sip your morning coffee by the water's edge or try your hand at fishing during the day. **During June-August, our dock bar welcomes river traffic on Saturdays (2pm-6ish) and Sundays (12pm-5ish). In the winter months (January-April), the Gathering House transforms into a pop-up Speakeasy a couple times a month from 7pm to 11pm. Fear not, our valued guests are always welcome, and you can even request to join the reservation list for our exclusive Speakeasy nights. Uber & Lyft frequent the area. Downtown is 1.8 mi away and is walking distance for those inclined but we don't recommend walking if you plan to come back after dark. The roads are not lit and walking could be dangerous for pedestrians. Parking downtown typically will cost you something. Certain periods of the year Wisconsin Dells doesn't charge for street parking. Hiking & Recreation Devils Lake is 20 min away in Baraboo. Rocky Arbor State park is 2 min from our location. Mirror Lake State Park is 10 min from our location. Shopping: Walmart is a short drive down I90 (7mi) Tanger Outlet mall is a short drive down I90 (8 mi) Coffee & Breakfast: Our favorite, Bella Goose, Dunkin, Starbucks, Denny's and IHOP are 1.5 miles away. Dining: There's so much to take in...here's our favorites: The Keg- Great burgers, pizza, flat breads, wraps...and their loaded tots are to die for! Riverwalk Pub - Log cabin atmosphere and great food. Showboat - Hot Wings & Warm Beer & Loud Music...Dells Historical site. Monks(DOWNTOWN) - You can't do the Dells without getting a Monk Burger House of Embers- Prime rib, ribs, pasta...they have a bit of everything, you won't be disappointed! B-Lux - Milkshakes are incredible and some of the best cheese curds in town! Summer House (Summer months) Awesome patio overlooking Lake Delton Brat House - Late night eats and great German dishes! Sorentos - Italian fare, favorite spot for an intimate dinner. Ask for the fireplace table! Del-Bar - Famous Wisconsin Supper Club with some awesome Steaks! Ishnala - It's an experience. Plan for an evening and get there early. Bobbers/The Reef - Cool nightclub and restaurant with an Island fair. Live music on Fridays! Jose's - Great spot right up the road with the best Mexican in town. Enjoy the 120oz Margarita with your friends! A bit off the beaten path...J's Pub in Reedsburg.
