Staying in a dome amidst nature is a unique experience. The circular structure offers an amazing view of the surroundings, with peaceful sounds of rustling leaves, chirping birds, and a flowing river below. The cozy dome has a queen size bed, night stands, a seating area, and a "Dome-a-Loo"(portable toilet). At night, the starry sky and nature's sounds lull you to sleep. Waking up, you feel refreshed, and the peaceful surroundings and breathtaking views leave a lasting impression.

THE DOME EXPERIENCE Staying in a dome immersed in nature is an experience like no other. As you step inside the dome, you are immediately greeted with the feeling of warmth and comfort as you look out to the breathtaking views of nature. The dome itself is cozy and inviting, with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. A comfortable bed, nightstands, a seating area, small refrigerator, coffee maker and a "Dome-a-Loo"(portable toilet) are all thoughtfully arranged within the dome's circular walls. This dome is set at ground level and just outside your door you have a private fire pit and chairs to enjoy a warm fire and relax with a beverage. Your full size bathroom is just a short walk up the pathway. As night falls, the dome takes on a magical quality. The sun casts a warm, golden glow over the landscape, creating a sense of calm and tranquility. The starry sky is visible through the dome's clear panels, and the peaceful sounds of nature continue to lull you into a deep sleep. **Please keep in mind, this is a glamping experience not a hotel experience. You may encounter some bugs, small animals, and some dirt. If you are okay with that then book your stay! We can't wait to host you. OUR PROPERTY Our property is comprised of 6ac of land on the Wisconsin River...we have a cornfield to the North, a seasonal cabin to our South the river to the East and a road and natural area to the West. We are 1.8mi from downtown Wisconsin Dells. Our property also has 4 cabins and a studio cottage, perfect for couples and friends to come to the same place and have their own accommodations, a Gathering House (Converted Tavern) social area, that is set up as an intimate and cozy atmosphere (think speakeasy), a 24x24 covered deck and 24x10 patio area. Follow the trail down the hill towards the river and you'll find 225ft of raised walkway through a natural Sandstone canyon that arrives at our private 80ft dock on the riverfront. You'll find excellent walleye, muskie and sturgeon fishing as well as carp and catfish, sheep's head and a bounty of other stuff to catch along with scenery that will make you fall in love... The views from the dock are the crown jewel of the property. We offer a central charcoal grilling location by the Gathering House. We have a fire pit in the space beyond the covered deck and plenty of wood to burn on site. Our goal is to host couples, small groups of friends, family or coworkers and provide a space to disconnect from technology, connect with each other, share some unique experiences and make amazing memories you and your loved one/s, you're closest friends or coworkers will look back on for years to come. For small groups (10 0r more) we also offer: -Private Bartender (beats an Uber and rambunctious crowds and high priced drinks downtown...and definitely better than a OWI/DUI on the way home) -Private Catering (We have relationships with several catering companies in the area and they will do a meal, a reception or even a private dinner) Get on the Water! -Kayak Rentals: $40/4 hrs or $50 for the day. We have inflatable Bote kayaks that are very stable and comfortable to paddle in. There are a number of amazing rock formations and breathtaking scenery right up river from our private dock. If you are looking to hang out on a sandbar or small beach there are plenty of those to paddle to not far from our property. Pack a lunch and some cold beverages and enjoy your day! Hike the North Shore Trail! Discover a scenic 2-mile hiking trail just steps from our property! This marked, ungroomed trail takes you on a stunning journey through a small canyon, past a hidden cave, and along the tranquil river. Traverse over and under large trees while soaking in the natural beauty around you. Along the way, you’ll find the perfect spots to enjoy a picnic or unwind with a good book in the peaceful, wooded setting by the river.
Other Details to Note
There are 2 full private bathrooms on the upper part of the property that you may use during your stay and 2 half bath in the Gathering House. A "Dome-a-Loo" is provided in your dome for your convenience for any unexpected night time bathroom breaks if you do not want to walk the pathway up to the main bathroom. We do provide you with a wagon to help transport your belongings down to your dome location. It is a short walk to the lower part of the property and vehicles are not allowed past the main parking lot area. We do have the Gathering House on the top half of the property which you are welcome to use during your stay. You can use the coffee bar, play some games, hang out on the covered patio, grill some dinner or just relax.

Hiking & Recreation Devils Lake is 20min away in Baraboo. Rocky Arbor State park is 2 min from our location. Mirror Lake State Park is 10 min from our location. Shopping: Walmart is a short drive down I90 (7mi) Tanger Outlet mall is a short drive down I90 (8 mi) Coffee & Breakfast: *Bella Goose is our favorite spot for coffee, waffles and cookies! They have other breakfast and lunch options too and are located right down by the dam which is less than 1.5 miles away. *Courtyard Cafe has a large variety of breakfast and lunch options. They are open until 2:00 every day. *Cedar Creek Rustic Village is a bar, restaurant and furniture store all in one! Less than 10 minutes from us towards Lyndon Station. *Denny's Diner (not the chain) located in Lake Delton, nostalgic atmosphere and amazing cinnamon rolls! *Dunkin, Starbucks, Denny's and IHOP are also 1.5 miles away. Dining: There's so much to take in...here's our favorites: *Lake City Social - Large variety of food option. Great food, great drinks, great people! *Riverwalk Pub - Log cabin atmosphere and great food. *Showboat - Hot Wings & Warm Beer & Loud Music...Dells Historical site. Great food options and one of my favorite places for pizza. *Monks(DOWNTOWN) - You can't do the Dells without getting a Monk Burger *B-Lux - Milkshakes are incredible and the best cheese curds in town! *Summer House (Summer months) Awesome patio overlooking Lake Delton *Brat House - Late night eats and great German dishes! *Sorentos - Italian fare, great spot for an intimate dinner. Ask for the fireplace table! *Del-Bar - Famous Wisconsin Supper Club with some awesome Steaks! *Ishnala - (open April-Sept/Oct.) It's an experience. Plan for an evening and get there early. *House of Embers - Supper club feel, large variety with great prime rib and pasta. *Jose's - Great spot right up the road with the best Mexican in town. Enjoy the 120oz Margarita with your friends! *A bit off the beaten path...J's Pub in Reedsburg. Great Pork Tenderloin, Salmon, Steak and two fireplaces to warm you up. Gas station & Convenience Store is 1 mile away
Guest Access
Guests will receive a check in message confirming their estimated arrival time for the day of their stay. If we are on property we will meet our guests in the Gathering House, give them a quick tour, check them into their dome and answer any questions. If we are not available, guests will receive a detailed message with information and pictures to take them through the check in process and let them know the details of the dome. Guests are welcome to use the Gathering House, covered patio, large grilling station, firepits, private dock and hiking trail (waiver required).

Uber & Lyft frequent the area. Downtown is 1.8mi away and is walking distance for those inclined but we don't recommend walking if you plan to come back after dark. The roads are not lit and walking could be dangerous for pedestrians. Parking downtown typically will cost you something. Certain periods of the year Wisconsin Dells doesn't charge for street parking. Please inform drivers to pick you up at the main building. Hiking & Recreation Devils Lake is 20min away in Baraboo.
